MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ended
31 December 2025.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Gasrec Ltd are committed to improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking in our
business by taking steps, as far as we are able, to ensure that our supply chains do not rely on slavery and
human trafficking.
ABOUT US
Gasrec Ltd was founded in 2003 and builds, operates and supplies CNG and LNG vehicle refuelling facilities
in the United Kingdom. Gasrec Ltd is not part of a larger group of companies.
Our supply chains mainly consist of the following:
• Providers of natural gas
• Providers of station equipment and associated services
• Providers of maintenance and transport services
• Providers of professional services
POLICY
We are committed to ensure that, as far as we are reasonably able, there is no modern slavery or human
trafficking in our business or supply chain and to act ethically and with integrity in all our business
relationships. We have an Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking policy to reflect these commitments, and we will work with
our major suppliers and seek their commitment to Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking policies.
Within the Gasrec organisation the senior Leadership team is accountable for adherence to polices related to
our commitment to Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking.
DUE DILIGENCE, RISK ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING
Due to the nature of our business, we have a relatively small number of supply chains, and have long standing
relationships with many of our suppliers. We look to partner with suppliers who share our commitment to fair
labour practices and regularly review their commitment to Modern Slavery legislation.
Contracts entered with suppliers include anti-slavery and human trafficking clauses, and we are working to
implement a supplier code of conduct. We are also working to identify key performance indicators to measure
the effectiveness of the steps being taken.
TRAINING
During 2025 we rolled out training to all staff to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern
slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business.
APPROVAL
This Modern Slavery Statement was approved by the Gasrec Board on the 13th of March 2026 and signed on
