Clive Cummer MSc CEng MIET – Non-Executive Chairman
A Chartered Engineer with wide experience in all aspects of both industrial plant design and the international gases industry, a former president of the UK industry trade association, Commercial and Technical management as Bulk Gases and Technical Director and latterly UK Managing Director within a large multi national gases group and the Chairman of two related joint venture companies.
Richard Lilleystone – CEO and co-founder
Richard has an extensive background in the UK property industry in both the commercial and residential sectors, having held management positions with Camper & Nicholson and the Lesser Group.
Interest in the environment sector has been developed over the past five years and in particular the disposal of hazardous aqueous wastes.

George Cutts – Consultant and co-founder
With a background in the financial services industry George developed an extensive knowledge of marketing and IT, before setting up his own consultancy. George was a consultant to Pipeline Services Ltd prior to moving into contract with GRS Ltd. Both companies were involved in Waste to Energy provision. Since founding Gasrec with Richard Lilleystone, George has been responsible for the technical and operational side of the business.

James Ingall – Finance Director
James qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and spent time in Audit and in the firm’s Transaction Services Group. In 2000 he joined the M&A team at HSBC Investment Bank and worked on transactions involving a number of private and public companies in the UK and abroad. From 2002 until joining Gasrec in 2006, James was a director of British Linen Advisers, a corporate finance and advisory boutique.

Doug Leaf – Development Manager
An extensive background in both the commercial and residential property markets, having specialised as a Commercial Surveyor involved with industrial developments.
With an interest in land remediation Doug became involved with landfill operations in particular the gas collection and management process. Most recently he was a director of a specialist landfill gas management company.
Doug looks after the business growth and development opportunities within the company.

Satish Kler – Director of Engineering and Operations
Satish has an established track record as a business and commercial manager with a broad technical background. He joined Gasrec from the Sustainable Energy Group within BOC, where he was a Project Development Manager. His 22 year career within BOC saw wide-ranging experience in operations and sales and marketing in the UK and Asia.
Satish holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD from Imperial College London.
